If the Fed buys 100 million of treasury bonds, how much can bank loans at 5% rr?
In this Fed purchase of $100 Million bonds, Carpenter National Bank (CNB) was one of the banks that sold bonds. In fact CNB sold $1M of bonds. If the required reserve ratio is 5% (rr = 0.05), banks hold no excess reserves, and the non-bank public holds no additional currency how much can CNB loan out? Show all work and explain please.
Problems with upping from a 00 to 7/16ths?
I had 00 ear gauges for several months and about two weeks ago I decided that I wanted to go up to a 7/16th. The entire time I've been gauging my ears (the RIGHT way, doing one notch up at a time) I've never had bleeding or pussing. But upon trying to up to a 7/16th, it just wouldn't go in. It was so tough I had to make sure that it was the right size after 00. Since it was, I tried again... Still no luck. So, since it wasn't doing it the easy way, I took all the pre-causions. Took a hot shower, used vaseline to help lubricate, and took it very carefully. After minutes of trying to get just one in, I got it. The other one took a little less time. Well, the tapers are massive and hard to sleep on, but my ears were so sensitive and swollen that I couldn't change them. After three days, they finally moved around more and were less painful so I switch them out. Well, they're crusting pretty bad. Its not straight blood, its a mixture of puss and blood. Any time I try to take them out, it starts pussing and bleeding... not heavily but pretty good. I clean them, but I don't take them out because they're so sensitive. When I did take them out to change them, they don't look exploded or ripped. But I've never had that problem before so, maybe I just don't recognize the signs. There's nothing extreme looking going on with them besides the excess liquids. Any advice?
Good website for reading about the technicalities and mechanical workings of F1 Cars?
I've been an F1 fan for a long time now and would like to learn more about the cars, the mechanics, how they work, the technologies behind them. Anyone know of any good online resources for reading such things?
My video cam jvc mg 630 is taking too much mega bytes. is there a way to adjust it to less bytes?
i have read the manual to adjust it but i did not see how to adjust it so that it will take only (for example) 10 mb for 10 minutes video, instead of 20 mb... what happens is that i cannot save my videos because it takes up much of my hard disks. i dont want to store big bytes in my hard disks. Is there a way for video cam to be adjusted? i am so beginner i dont understand much technicalities. thanks.

I got fired. Damage control?
Most former employers will only divulge dates of employment and position held to prospective new employers - they won't discuss circumstances of the termination. Just be prepared for the "why did you leave your last job?" question - because you're sure to get it.
How fast did you get back in shape after baby was born?
Just curious. Im 1 week postpartum and just realized i could fit into some of my pre-pregnancy clothing! :) Now i can't wait to lose the belly...and butt...and thighs...(although i wish i could keep the boobs, LOL) I know it takes alot of people over a year to get back their pre-pregnancy body, if they ever do, but has anyone out there done it in record time? Im going to start walking today, but im saving the real workouts for after 6 weeks.
I was kicked out of a college program on a strange technicality, what are the chances I have to appeal?
I would definitely appeal! This man sounds downright rude and unprofessional! I'm sure if you talked to someone who is in charge and told them how this man is acting they would straighten it out. This guy should just be fired. They should be especially considerate because of your good grades, and if you have not had a history of bad behavior, they should be on your side.
