In the UK is it too much to ask?

I totally agree with what you are saying and as a tax payer it makes my blood boil when I see the scroungers defrauding the system. This "I am entitled" and "it's my right" type of thinking needs to be stopped. These people are making it hard for genuine claimants to get a decent standard of living, so yes we should report them.
