Who gets the reward $ for killing Bin Laden?

The person(s) that gets the $25M reward will be determined by who provided the tip that led to the CIA to initiate the successful capture of Bin Laden, dead or alive. So, the soldier that shot him would not get anything but a pat on the back, since he was only following order from his superiors and not the source of the information.
