HOA dues not paid/case pending?

I paid my HOA periodic payments of excess of $1000 the board got ractified, new board claims that they have no idea what happened to money. Filed a civil lawsuit, mediation did not help, while waiting for a trial date, they filed for bankruptcy, now they turned off my water for not paying my dues while case is pending, what is my right in this situation?
