Problems with upping from a 00 to 7/16ths?

I had 00 ear gauges for several months and about two weeks ago I decided that I wanted to go up to a 7/16th. The entire time I've been gauging my ears (the RIGHT way, doing one notch up at a time) I've never had bleeding or pussing. But upon trying to up to a 7/16th, it just wouldn't go in. It was so tough I had to make sure that it was the right size after 00. Since it was, I tried again... Still no luck. So, since it wasn't doing it the easy way, I took all the pre-causions. Took a hot shower, used vaseline to help lubricate, and took it very carefully. After minutes of trying to get just one in, I got it. The other one took a little less time. Well, the tapers are massive and hard to sleep on, but my ears were so sensitive and swollen that I couldn't change them. After three days, they finally moved around more and were less painful so I switch them out. Well, they're crusting pretty bad. Its not straight blood, its a mixture of puss and blood. Any time I try to take them out, it starts pussing and bleeding... not heavily but pretty good. I clean them, but I don't take them out because they're so sensitive. When I did take them out to change them, they don't look exploded or ripped. But I've never had that problem before so, maybe I just don't recognize the signs. There's nothing extreme looking going on with them besides the excess liquids. Any advice?

Body hair is depressing, help please, permanent hair removal options?

what options are available for permanent hair removal? I really do have more than normal hair growth. I wont wear singlets, T-shirts without a collar, shorts. I don't want to be seen at all to be quite honest. It's depressing to the max, to the point where i don't want to even live as dreadful as that sounds. I can guess what's coming from people but those that just have the advice deal with it it's normal, just use tempory measures etc really don't understand at all. I've tried near on everything except Professional laser hair removal and nothing has been effective. Is it normal to feel so upset over stories about babies being hurt, killed, abused, etc?

When my son was born, I got terrible postpartum anxiety. I was so scared about anything and everything that could possibly happen to my baby, I would cry and cry and truly felt like I was losing my mind. After my hormones calmed down, my anxiety did too and I would say that now I am a protective mom, but not an anxious mom (thank goodness!). However, I can't stand stories about terrible things happening to babies. I hear disturbing stories (like the man in Las Vegas who burst from his home in a drug-induced rampage and hacked a 4 month old baby to death with an axe), disgusting stories (like the woman who microwaved her two month old baby over an argument with her baby daddy), or plain sad stories (like the woman in Minneapolis who threw her 18 day old baby in a snow bank, again over an argument with the baby daddy). Believe me, I do not seek these stories out because I know how much they upset me! But I hear them and I instantly obsess over it. I can't get it out of my head and I picture every grusome detail. I cry and cry and I wonder what in the hell is wrong with people. It hurts me so much. I sit there and sob and my heart aches for these poor babies as though I was actually close to them, even though I've never so much as seen a picture. Is it normal to feel so deeply for these poor little babies that I don't even know? Is this a phase that will pass? Do I need mental help or something? I hate feeling so heartbroken and emotionally wrecked all the time. The pain always eases after a while, but then I'll end up hearing another story from someone who unfortunately has no idea what it does to me, and then I am back to obsessive and distraught. So, am I normal? Or is this too much?

I am 8 months pregnant (with my first child), due in July. I have not gained weight anywhere except in my stomach, and it appears to be "all baby." I went to college to be a teacher, and every time I get a job, I get laid off the next year because of stupid budget cuts. And then I get denied unemployment because of some stupid technicalities. So I get another job, and then get laid off again. Stupid teachers unions are not protecting teachers jobs. Post-partum bleeding with tubal ligation?

I had my daughter on feb 22nd, and I got my tubes tied during the c-section. I bled lightly for 4 days, then went a week and a half with no bleeding whatsoever. I started bleeding again, and for about 3 weeks it was heavy, like it should be. Then, I went to just spotting/light bleeding (one tampon or pad per day). I am still bleeding like this. I contacted my doctor at 9 weeks postpartum, and she put me on a birth control pill to control the bleeding as well as to ease my endometriosis. It's been 2 weeks since I started my pills, almost 3, and I am still bleeding the same. Today I started cramping so badly I have been on a heating pad for the last few hours, and I had to take 800 mg of Motrin. I don't know what to do, though I plan to call my doctor again on Monday. Has anyone else had this happen? How concerned should I be?

I can't understand what's going on with my health?

I'm a 41 year old female that has always been healthy until about a year ago. I am overweight, but I don't drink or smoke and last year I started eating healthy and losing the excess weight..The problems started with sore throat that has never gone away, along with the sore throat I had an aching body (similar to light flu symptoms).I have been to the GP who has told me I have acid reflux but the medication I took made no difference whatsoever.Saw a consultant and did some test and discovered I had a small hernia and H.Pylori. I was given triple therapy(antibiotics) for the H.Pylori which I completed but the symptoms of a sore throat persist. When my sore throat feels really sore my ears get affected and I find my hearing muffled. Several times I have had the glands behind one of my ears swell up considerably for a few days at a time then they settle.Now I have started hearing clicking sounds from various parts of my body but for the past 10 ten days every time I walk I have an almost continuous clicking sound coming from my foot or knee (I am not sure which) which is so annoying. I have no swelling or direct pain but tenderness which could be what I have been mistaking for a sore body for the last few months.This afternoon the inside of my left arm is red and very hot to the touch. I know something is wrong but my previous GP has not diagnosed me so I have now just moved to a new GP after being with the previous GP for a year and a half and having no concrete diagnosis . On Monday I am seeing the Ear Nose and Throat specialist,and I want to request that my GP gets me to do a full and comprehensive blood test.I did a bone density scan a few months ago and I got the all clear, I did a full blood count beginning of last year and I got the all clear, so I have no idea what is going on with me healthwise. I know my immune system is compromised as I have facial warts (not very visible unless you look closely, if anything they look like tiny pimples) and that is a sign of an immune system that is weak otherwise the body would have fought off the herpes virus (which is what facial warts is). GP's seem to be clueless and in the year that I have had the symptoms, I keep getting additional symptoms that do not go away, I am really worried as I have always been healthy with only very minor issues that I managed to cure very fast. Why did I not get all of my excess funds from my student loans?

I am attending university of phoenix axia college. I applied for and got approved for the maximum amount of student loans. Which is 9500 Direct loans sent me a letter saying I should get 4727 back but my adviser said I am only getting 2000 back. I know my friends that attended other schools got half after 3 weeks of classes and the rest after the semester was over, if that was the case wouldn't my adviser have said something to me?

Heavy period with clotting?

I am 34 years old and since I had my son almost 2 years ago my periods are heavier than they were before I had him. Some months are worse than others. This month happens to be pretty bad - I am on my 3rd day and still bleeding heavy with clots on the paper when I wipe. I notice I bleed MORE when I have to move my bowels - I am not sure if pushing the stool out is causing the excess bleeding but it is scary. I hemorrhaged 3x after I had my son, so I am always thinking that when I get these bad periods. I cannot take the Pill b/c I have liver tumors. Anyone else out there dealing with heavy periods and clots?
